At ASOBU®, we stand behind the quality of our hydration products and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution for your home or lifestyle needs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unused ASOBU® products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
